Make L Reuteri Yogurt using MyReuteri
This L. Reuteri yogurt recipe, inspired by Dr. Davis, is a probiotic-rich treat that may support skin health, muscle restoration, and gut health. With simple ingredients and an easy fermentation process, you can create this nutritious yogurt at home.
Ingredients

1 capsule of MyReuteri

1 quart of half and half

1 tablespoon of inulin
Directions
Make a slurry by adding 1 tablespoon of inulin and a couple of tablespoons of half and half in a small container and mix well.
Open one capsule of MyReuteri and add the contents to the slurry.
Pour half and half into a large glass or ceramic bowl.
Add the slurry to the rest of the half-and-half mixture. Stir well to ensure even distribution.
Cover the bowl with a clean cloth or plastic wrap. You can also use the containers and covers with different yogurt makers sold in the market.
Place the bowl or containers in your heating device and maintain a temperature of around 100°F (37.8°C) for 36 hours.
After 36 hours, transfer it to the refrigerator to cool and set.

For subsequent batches, you can use 2 tablespoons of the previous batch (whey or curds) as a starter instead of a new capsule.
